John Joseph is an Ironman, Author, Musician, Motivational Speaker and Professional Coach.

In 2021, John Joseph launched a kickstart class, 21 Day Crash Course and VIP Individual Coaching! The 'John Joseph Discipline' method is a ten step blueprint designed to transform your life both personally and professionally.

I attended the first class of 2021 this past January. John Joseph has been an inspiration and like a mentor in my life. I am always referring to his book, The PMA Effect: How A Positive Mental Attitude Can Make You The Badass You Were Born To Be.

Kickstart classes are being offered live via zoom on Fridays February 5th, 12th, 19th & 26th 7:30pm - 9pm EST.

A 21 Day Crash Course is also offered held on 3 Wednesdays in February, March and April 2021.
