Xalish Medicines: Protection for Empaths and Earthkeepers
Flower essence for sensitive souls by Xalish Medicines.
I discovered Xalish Medicines on Etsy created by Dr. Jacqui Wiilkins, a naturopathic doctor in Ontario. All of her herbal medicines are crafted with care and derived from plants homegrown in her garden. Xalish is Wolf in Ichishkiin (Yakima Language).
Protection + Boundaries is a blend of Goldenwort (Hypericum), Agrimony and Yarrow essences infused with Obsidian stone essence from Apsáalooke territory.
Obsidian is a protective stone that absorbs and dissolves negativity, anger and criticism.
The flower essence is created for people who go into a crowded place and feel overwhelmed and/or anxious, or who gather for family gatherings and feel the unease.
Protection Flower essence helps us to not feel drained after working in the healing arts, as teachers, sacred activists, land defenders, counsellors, space holders, parents, doctors, retail clerks, servers, makeup artists, hair dressers etc.
Protection offers strong boundary support so that we not over extend ourselves, give too much or take on emotions and feelings that are not ours to carry.
Recommended dosage is 3 drops under the tongue, or in a glass of water. Taken 1-3 times a day, for 3 or 7 days in a row.
My personal favorites from her shop are the Calming Nervous System Sleep Tincture and herbal tea Glowing Skin + Digestive tea made with Balsam Fir which are currently sold out!
When working with herbs, it is always best to check with your health care practitioner.
